This Policy applies to access to CalendNow’s website and Services operated by Software Programming Group LLC. Customers must ensure that their Authorized Users comply and must reasonably address misuse they enable or control. Participants, visitors, and expressly authorized developers must comply with the rules relevant to their access.
1. Lawful and respectful use
Do not use the Services for fraud, unlawful activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, discrimination prohibited by law, or content that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights. Do not impersonate a person or business, create deceptive booking pages, misstate professional qualifications, or solicit information under false pretenses.
Do not upload or transmit unlawful sexual exploitation material, content that facilitates abuse of children, or material whose possession or distribution is prohibited. Do not use booking forms to obtain payment credentials, passwords, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information. Regulated deployments must comply with the Industry Specific Supplemental Terms.
2. Security and technical restrictions
Do not introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass authentication or access controls, probe other customers’ workspaces, or attempt to obtain data without authorization. Do not disrupt the service, overload endpoints, defeat rate limits or booking restrictions, or use automated bookings to deny legitimate access to a Host’s calendar.
Do not share credentials improperly, publish integration tokens, or access undocumented interfaces without permission. Security research must remain within explicit authorization, avoid disruption and unnecessary access to personal data, and be reported through security@calendnow.ai. This Policy does not itself grant authorization for testing.
3. Messaging and booking integrity
Do not use reminders, follow-ups, custom SMTP, or contact records for spam, deceptive messages, phishing, or communications lacking required permission. Honor applicable opt-outs and accurately identify the sender. Do not send unrelated marketing merely because someone booked an appointment.
Do not reserve slots without a legitimate intent to meet, create false invitees, repeatedly cancel to obstruct another user, or use single-use links as an evasion mechanism. Do not expose meeting links or attendee details in a way that knowingly enables unwanted access.
4. Intellectual property and commercial restrictions
Use only content and branding that you have rights to use. Do not remove proprietary notices, misrepresent affiliation with the Provider, resell unauthorized access, or copy or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by nonwaivable law. A lawful interoperability or protected research right is not waived by this Policy.
5. Reports and enforcement
Report misuse through abuse@calendnow.ai, identifying the relevant account or URL, conduct, and available evidence. Do not send unnecessary private information. Copyright complaints should follow the Copyright and Trademark Infringement Policy. Security reports should use the security contact.
The Provider may investigate credible reports and preserve relevant evidence. It may request corrective action, limit a workflow, remove unlawful content, or suspend or terminate access proportionately under the applicable contract. Notice and an opportunity to respond will be provided where practicable unless doing so would increase harm, impede a lawful investigation, or violate law. A user may request reconsideration through legal@spgamerica.com.
Disclosures to authorities or third parties will follow applicable law, the DPA where relevant, and the Privacy Notice. The Provider does not promise general monitoring of all bookings or content, and this Policy does not authorize indiscriminate disclosure of Customer Data.
