CalendNow Legal Overview

Effective date: 29.09.2026

CalendNow is a scheduling service available at calendnow.ai and operated by Software Programming Group LLC, organized under the laws of New Jersey with its business address at 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States (the Provider). This page explains the documents applicable to each type of user. It does not expand the features included in a subscription.

1. Customers and Authorized Users

An individual purchasing or opening an account is a Customer. An organization purchasing or authorizing an organizational account is the Customer when its representative has authority to bind it. Its permitted personnel are Authorized Users. Customer Terms and Conditions, Definitions, the Acceptable Use Policy, Subscription Billing Cancellation and Refund Policy, and applicable Industry Specific Supplemental Terms form the standard customer agreement. The Data Processing Addendum applies where the Provider processes personal data on the Customer’s behalf.

A signed order or separately negotiated master agreement may govern an enterprise purchase. The applicable order of precedence is stated in the Customer Terms or negotiated agreement. Organization administrators may control membership, permissions, scheduling configurations, and Customer Data within their authorized workspace. Use of a company email address alone does not authorize an unrelated person to take control of an account.

2. Participants and Visitors

A Participant uses a host’s booking link or scheduling workflow without purchasing the relevant subscription. Participant Terms and Conditions govern that use when validly accepted. A Participant’s contract with a host for professional services, cancellation fees, or attendance is separate from the CalendNow service terms. Visitors and all other users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy when accessing the website or service.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

The Privacy Notice describes information the Provider processes for its own account administration, billing, security, and website purposes, and explains customer-controlled booking data. The California Privacy Notice supplements it where relevant. The Cookie Policy explains browser technologies and choices. The Children and Education Privacy Notice describes the permitted audience and restrictions.

The Privacy Notice is a disclosure of processing practices. Reading it, booking an appointment, or accepting service terms does not by itself constitute consent to every type of processing. Any consent required for a particular purpose is requested separately. The host’s own privacy notice governs its handling of participant information outside the Provider’s independent purposes.

4. Other Applicable Documents

Beta Terms apply only to an identified beta feature that a Customer elects to use. Developer and Integration Terms apply to supported connections and any separately authorized developer access. The Security and Responsible Data Use Statement, Accessibility Statement, Copyright and Trademark Infringement Policy, and Support Service Availability and Status Policy describe their stated subjects. A published status indicator is not a contractual uptime guarantee.

5. Versions and Contact

Each document identifies its effective date. Changes to customer contracts follow the notice and acceptance rules in the Customer Terms; privacy notices are updated to reflect processing and applicable law. A change does not retrospectively authorize unlawful processing. Questions about these documents may be sent to legal@spgamerica.com or the Provider at 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States. Privacy requests may be submitted by email to privacy@calendnow.ai.
