These Terms address use of a CalendNow booking page, invitation, or scheduling workflow by a Participant. CalendNow is operated by Software Programming Group LLC at 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States (Provider). Your meeting Host is identified on the booking page and is responsible for the meeting or professional service offered. These Terms apply when presented and validly accepted as part of your use; they do not make you a paying CalendNow subscriber.
1. Permitted use and eligibility
You may use the booking functionality to arrange, change, or cancel a legitimate appointment in accordance with the displayed availability and Host’s conditions. Direct use is intended for adults at least 18 years old. An adult may act for another person only with proper authority and must avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. A separate approved education arrangement is required for child or school use as described in the Children and Education Privacy Notice.
You must provide accurate information, refrain from impersonation, and protect confirmation and cancellation links. A link may permit access or modification without a further identity check. Do not make abusive, automated, fraudulent, or speculative bookings that obstruct a Host’s availability. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use.
2. Booking relationship and communications
Review the Host, date, time zone, location or meeting link, and appointment conditions before submitting. Availability and confirmations can be affected by incorrect settings, network delays, or a third-party calendar. Contact the Host promptly if a booking is unclear. You remain responsible for your attendance and for checking any changes sent to you.
The Host, not the Provider, supplies and is responsible for its advice, services, availability, cancellation fees, and any independent appointment payment. Subscription billing terms for the Host do not set the terms of your purchase from that Host. CalendNow does not verify the Host’s qualifications or create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.
Booking may generate confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellation, or related transactional emails. Those messages are distinct from optional marketing. Contact the Host about its marketing permissions or preferences. Blocking all service emails may prevent receipt of an important meeting change.
3. Your information and privacy
The Host determines which booking information it requests and how it uses that information. CalendNow ordinarily processes that booking information on the Host’s behalf. The Provider’s Privacy Notice explains its separate account, website, security, and support processing and how to raise a privacy request. To access or delete Host-controlled booking records, contact the Host; the Provider will assist it as legally required.
Do not put medical diagnoses, government identifiers, financial credentials, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive facts into appointment titles or free-text fields. A group event or external calendar may disclose attendee information depending on the Host’s settings. Ask the Host about confidentiality before providing information that requires special protection.
4. Third party meetings and recording
A booking may create or lead to a meeting on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Vitel Meet, or another supported platform. That platform’s terms and privacy practices apply to its independent services. CalendNow’s scheduling function does not itself authorize a Host or another participant to record a meeting. Any recording requires the notices and permissions applicable to the person conducting it.
5. Provider responsibilities and limitations
The Provider will exercise reasonable care in providing its scheduling functionality. It may restrict misuse, investigate a credible report, or comply with law, using measures proportionate to the issue. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance of a Host or an independent meeting platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a Host’s failure to attend or provide its separate service. Nothing excludes liability for the Provider’s fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose a subscription payment obligation, enterprise indemnity, arbitration agreement, or class-action waiver on a Participant.
6. Contact and changes
For meeting changes, contact the Host using the booking details. For a CalendNow technical issue, contact support@calendnow.ai. For privacy matters, contact privacy@calendnow.ai. The Provider’s address is 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States. Material changes apply prospectively after the notice or acceptance required by law. Mandatory local rights and access to competent courts remain available.
