This Policy describes support and availability information for CalendNow, operated by Software Programming Group LLC. It supplements the Customer Agreement. A specific service-level commitment applies only where an accepted Order expressly incorporates a completed service-level schedule.
1. Support access and scope
Customers may open and track support tickets through the application or contact support@calendnow.ai. Participants may report a technical booking problem through the public contact route; questions about the meeting, Host availability, professional advice, or appointment charges should go to the Host.
Provide the affected account or booking reference, a description, relevant time and time zone, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords, payment-card credentials, or unnecessary sensitive data. The Provider may request authorization and limited diagnostic information to investigate.
Support coverage hours and time zone are in US time zone. Unless a signed schedule states otherwise, acknowledgment and restoration times are operational estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. An initial response is not necessarily resolution.
2. Maintenance and dependencies
The Provider may perform maintenance and security updates. It will provide reasonable advance notice of planned work expected to materially affect use where practicable. Urgent protective work may occur without advance notice. The Provider will use reasonable efforts to limit disruption and restore affected functions.
Availability may be affected by customer settings, connectivity, independent meeting providers, calendar services, email delivery, or payment services. Such dependencies do not excuse the Provider’s own contractual duties. Customers should maintain alternative arrangements for critical meetings and deadlines.
3. Status communication
If an operational status page is provided, it will be located at [VERIFIED STATUS PAGE URL]. It may describe incidents affecting account access, booking, notifications, or integrations, based on monitoring and investigation. Status updates reflect information available at the time and may be revised as an investigation develops.
Historical uptime must identify the measured component, measurement period, calculation, and exclusions. An operational display or a period showing 100 percent does not create a promise of uninterrupted future service. The Provider will not represent a third party’s historical metrics as CalendNow’s own performance.
An incident-update subscription, if offered, is used for the selected operational notifications and is not by itself marketing consent. Security incidents involving Customer Personal Data follow the separate DPA notification duties; posting on a status page alone does not discharge a required customer notice.
4. Service credits and escalation
No numeric uptime guarantee or service-credit entitlement is created by this baseline Policy. If the parties agree to a service-level schedule, it must define the measured Services, calculation, target, exclusions, claim process, and remedies. Mandatory legal remedies and express Customer Terms remedies remain available even where no credit schedule applies.
