This Policy describes browser storage and similar technologies used on CalendNow’s website, application, and booking pages operated by Software Programming Group LLC. Read it with the Privacy Notice. The deployed inventory below must accurately identify the technologies in use, including those within embedded booking pages.
1. Technologies and purposes
Cookies are small records stored in a browser. Local storage, pixels, tags, and similar mechanisms may serve related functions and are covered by this Policy where applicable. A session item expires with the relevant session; a persistent item remains until its stated expiry or deletion. A third-party item may be set by a provider whose service is embedded or called from the page.
Strictly necessary technologies may support login, session continuity, security, requested bookings, and the storage of privacy choices. A technology is not necessary merely because it is useful for the Provider’s commercial objectives. Preference technologies may remember settings such as a selected time zone. Analytics technologies may measure use or performance. Advertising technologies may support audience measurement or targeting. Optional categories apply only if actually deployed and disclosed in the completed inventory.
2. Consent and opt-out choices
Where required by law, optional technologies will remain disabled until valid consent is obtained. Users may accept, reject, or select optional categories through, and may withdraw consent as easily as it was given. Refusal of optional technologies does not remove access to core scheduling. Essential technologies remain active only to the extent lawful and necessary for the requested function.
Where technologies involve a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising subject to opt-out law, use. Legally required browser preference signals will be honored. Consent and opt-out settings must apply to subsequent relevant processing and be retained in accordance with the stated preference-cookie duration. Choices may need to be made again when using another browser or device, clearing storage, or when a legally necessary renewed choice is requested.
A browser can also block or clear storage, but doing so may remove a login session or preferences and does not necessarily send a legal opt-out request to every recipient. Disabling an integration may affect its functionality; data already collected by an independent provider is governed by its applicable notice.
3. Technology inventory
The inventory covers logged-out visitors, authenticated accounts, invitees, checkout, and any Customer-embedded booking surface. Customer-added technologies on a Host’s own site are that Host’s responsibility and must be distinguished from technologies supplied by CalendNow.
4. Changes and contact
We update this Policy when technologies or their purposes change and obtain renewed consent where required. Contact privacy@calendnow.ai with questions about a specific technology or choice. The Provider’s address is 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States.
