This Notice supplements the CalendNow Privacy Notice for California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), applies to Software Programming Group LLC (Provider) and the processing concerned. It addresses information for which we act as a business. Where we process booking information as a service provider for a Host, the Host is responsible for its business-level notice and we assist it under the DPA.
1. Collection categories and purposes
The following categories must be read together with the stated scope of the Services. We collect identifiers such as names, email addresses, account identifiers, and IP addresses for account administration, scheduling, communications, and security. Sources include the individual, Hosts and administrators, integrations, and service activity. Recipients may include relevant service providers, the Host, and authorized administrators.
We collect customer-record and commercial information such as billing contact details, subscription selection, invoice and transaction history, and payment status for purchase administration, accounting, and support. Sources include the purchaser and payment service. Recipients include authorized payment, accounting, and support providers as appropriate.
We collect internet or electronic activity information such as login activity, browser characteristics, diagnostic information, and service interactions for operation, security, and troubleshooting. Recipients and purposes must match the completed Cookie Policy and vendor inventory.
We may receive professional information such as organization, work email, team, and role when an organizational account is used, for access management and scheduling. User-supplied support content may fall within additional categories depending on what is sent; we instruct users not to submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Sensitive personal information may include an account login combined with authentication credentials and, depending on actual integrations, protected message content or financial information. Do not infer that a technical password or token is outside the statutory definition merely because it is stored securely.
2. Retention
Identifiers and account records are retained for 60 days; billing and commercial records for 60 days; technical activity for 60 days; support records for 60 days; and sensitive authentication information for 60 days. Optional browser identifiers follow the durations in the Cookie Policy. Retention must be reasonably necessary and proportionate to the stated purpose, subject to lawful preservation requirements.
3. Sale sharing and sensitive information
Sale and sharing may have statutory meanings broader than exchanging information for money. A website advertising pixel can affect this assessment independently of the subscription service.
Where applicable, submit a sale or sharing opt-out through our privacy policy. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device and any known associated account as required by law. We do not knowingly sell or share information of children under 16 without authorization required by law.
4. California rights and requests
Subject to statutory exceptions, California residents may request knowledge and access, deletion, correction, and the applicable sale or sharing opt-out and sensitive-information limitation. They may use an authorized agent subject to reasonable authority and verification requirements. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out beyond what law permits, and we do not retaliate or discriminate unlawfully against a person for exercising rights.
Submit requests by email to privacy@calendnow.ai and, where required for our business. We use reasonable verification for access, deletion, or correction to protect the requester. If a request is denied or limited, we explain the applicable basis. We acknowledge and respond within the periods required by law, including notice of any permitted extension.
Information processed only for a Host should be requested from that Host. If we receive such a request, we assist the Host or direct the requester appropriately, subject to law. For a complaint or privacy question, contact privacy@calendnow.ai or the relevant California regulator.
