CalendNow Copyright and Trademark Infringement Policy

Effective date: 29.09.2026

Software Programming Group LLC (Provider) respects intellectual property rights in connection with CalendNow. This Policy describes how to report allegedly infringing content on the service and how affected users may respond. It does not determine ownership of a disputed work or replace judicial remedies.

1. Copyright notices

Send a copyright notice to Copyright Compliance Department, Software Programming Group LLC, 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States, dmca@calendnow.ai, +1 732-343-7688. Before describing this contact as a registered DMCA designated agent, the Provider must complete and maintain the applicable US Copyright Office registration and match the published details to it.

A notice seeking action under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act should include a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized representative; identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list where appropriate; identification and a reasonably precise location of the material to be removed or disabled; contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the sender is authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

Include relevant booking or public-page URLs and enough detail to identify the content. Do not send a generalized complaint without locating the material. Consider lawful authorization and applicable exceptions, including fair use, before alleging infringement. A knowingly material misrepresentation may carry legal consequences.

2. Review and action

The Provider will review sufficiently complete notices and act as appropriate under applicable law, which may include removal or disabling access. Where appropriate, it will notify the affected user and provide the complaint or relevant details. Complainant information may therefore be shared to process the matter; do not include unnecessary confidential information.

The Provider may request missing information and need not treat a deficient notice as a legally sufficient takedown request. It may also remove content that independently violates the Agreement. It will adopt and reasonably implement a policy for termination of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and accommodate applicable standard technical measures as required for relevant legal protections.

3. Counter notices

If content is removed under a DMCA process and the user believes removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, the user may send a counter notice to the same contact. It must include the user’s physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal or disabling resulted from mistake or misidentification; the user’s name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable US federal district court for the user’s address, or if outside the United States, a judicial district in which the Provider may be found; and agreement to accept service from the original complainant or its agent.

The Provider may forward a valid counter notice to the complainant. Subject to applicable law and any separate valid basis for restriction, removed material may be restored no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt of the counter notice unless the Provider receives notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order concerning the material.

4. Trademark complaints

A trademark complaint should identify the owner, mark, registration details if applicable, goods or services, disputed location, the allegedly misleading use, evidence of confusion where available, the complainant’s authority, and contact details. Send it to legal@spgamerica.com. Ownership of a mark does not automatically prohibit every reference to that mark. The Provider may seek clarification and consider applicable lawful uses before acting.

5. Other rights and contact

For non-US rights or another legal claim, identify the right, relevant jurisdiction, precise material, and requested action at legal@spgamerica.com. The Provider may follow the applicable local procedure. This Policy does not promise immunity, a particular legal outcome, or monitoring of all content. The Provider’s legal address is 5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, United States.
